U Babàluci
“U Babàluci”, così detta la chiocciola in dialetto siciliano, mi ha sempre ricordato in qualche modo il babà napoletano . Da qui mi è nata l’idea di crearne una nuova versione a forma elicoidale, cotta in uno stampo di terracotta realizzato ad hoc.
